松井先生担任过良品计划（无印良品的母公司）社长，将亏损的无印良品重新拉回了盈利的轨道。

这本书写的非常的简短和精悍。仿佛可以看到松井先生在我的面前，每次都尝试用尽可能简短的几分钟，将自己的一个发自内心的感受传递出来。如果说德鲁克大师的书给我的感受是「啊，原来是这样」、「我也是这么想的，原来我的感悟在几十年前就已经有人总结了」，而稻盛和夫先生给我的感觉是「啊，原来大师的境界是这样子的」，那么松井忠三先生给我的感觉就是「说得对！我也是这么干的！」以及「有道理！我也要这么去做！」。

大概就是这样的感觉。所以，小编1号个人觉得，如果想要创业，或者作为知识工作者进行自我管理，那么阅读的次序可以是克鲁克大师的《卓有成效的管理者》、稻盛和夫先生的《活法》、最后是松井忠三的《无印良品管理笔记》。这样，从宏观到执行力，可以一气呵成。
