软件所PLCT实验室招募编译开发实习生（C++/Java）。

实习生的工作职责：

参与PLCT在 GCC、Clang/LLVM、V8 和 Spidermonkey、QEMU、OpenJDK、MLIR 和 TVM、 方舟开源编译器及 Toy Runtime 开发。

要求

• 在校研究生或大学生，C++/Java 写过实际的（开源）工程代码，
• 要求在软件所北京本部坐班，除非是LV4以上级别。
• 具备良好的沟通和团队合作意识
• 熟练 Linux Bash Scripting 和 Git 常用操作。
• 要求有基本的操作系统（OS）和编译原理的知识，
• IDE开发实习生要求掌握Eclipse插件开发的基本知识。

福利

• PLCT隶属于中国科学院软件研究所，智能软件研究中心。
• 我们的优势是提供一个专业氛围浓厚的学习环境，有资深工程师带。
• 我们的劣势是穷，基本上没什么实习工资，
• 电脑要自己带，

毫无疑问中国又到了一次不定期的大考。COVID19 （又名 NCP / 2019-nCoV / 新冠肺炎） 目前还没有完全被打败，HelloGCC社区的小伙伴们目前多半都还宅在家里，远程办公。下周也不一定能够恢复正常。目前的估计，可能完全退去至少要到四月份了。

这不是中国第一次经历如此大范围的考验。这也不是新中国经历的大考。这个时候，或许来自完全不同文化、但是跟中国的现代化进程有着紧密联系的基辛格先生的视角，可以让我们从历史中看到经验和自信。中华民族每到了危险的时候，总是会有顶尖的人才涌现出来，把中国保护的很好。

不在其位，不谋其政。反过来，不在其位，就看不到在位者面临的困难，以及可以做的选择。尼克松也好、福特也好、里根也好、老布什和克林顿也好，都是跟新中国的核心领导人在核战争、地缘政治失控的边缘走着钢丝。基辛格先生向中国的普通人民，展示了过去这么多年，最高领导人们是如何负重前行，走过的错误和成功，带来中国现在的世界第二大经济体地位的。
