每年仅仅中国大陆就有近万本图书被推向市场，而书的名字是吸引读者视线的第一步，就比如这本书。无容置疑这是一个好的名字，以至于你可以搜到两本一模一样名字的书。注意看作者和副标题，本书是较新的一版，写作风格也是表熟悉的味道，在宏观历史背景介绍和当下接触到的具体的人的日常穿插进行，故事感还是比较强的。

站在2025年看这本2016年翻译的书，短短几年已经有物是人非的历史时间隔离的感觉了。不禁让我感慨万千，同时也让我警惕自身与广大民众的脱节：计算机、软件、互联网、AI的密切接触让我能够快速接纳和跟上（可能是）人类社会最前沿的节奏，而中国大流这片土里上可能还有超过10亿人尚未看到这个未来。他们要怎么办？

历史总是寥寥几笔，勾勒千万普通人一生。
