咱们OSDT开源社区的伙伴们，有着比较多的相似性：工作都是对着电脑，生活在100万人口以上的城市，孩子都在城市里上学。我小的时候还上过几个村子里的小学，虽然不大，但是有幼儿园到小学六年级，每个年级一个班，30-50人。后来拆迁，搬家，开始在城市。然后就一直在城市。在我成长离开多年以后，才听说撤点并校开始实施，教育费不再直接收取，老师的学历和资质要求逐步变化。

林小英博士这本调研报告让我重新认识到，我的认知是多么的同质化和局限性。全国15亿人口，14亿没有坐过飞机；50%以上的义务阶段学生，在全国2000多个县接受教育。教育的改革方向是否正确，林小英作者用400页的文字，尝试提供多种视角和可能性。

就像文中所说：「教育不应该是适者生存的模式，经济越落后的地方，教育越应该给人以希望。」深以为然。
