• 收藏： David Malcolm blogged about improvements to static analysis in the GCC 14 compiler. Do check out the lovely text-based diagrams depicting a potential buffer overflow.

• 越来越受到重视了。确实安全问题越来越需要讨论： Tobias Hieta kicked off a discussion on improving binary security in LLVM, noting that anyone with commit access can currently add artifacts to an LLVM release. This generated lots of discussion that Tobias very helpfully summarised.

• 本周三的报告： Kristof Beyls put up an RFC on a new BOLT-based binary analysis tool to verify the correctness of security hardening.

这本书适合已经有过（无论多小）技术创新团队管理经验的读者阅读。

没有亲手带过团队的话，看这本书的感觉可能是完全不一样的，无法跟作者产生共鸣，甚至会觉得作者的观点是如此的普通和司空见惯。

但是当你真的在一个组织的头头位置，有一个中长期重要的目标，你或许就能够明白要坚持「涌现优于权威」是多么的困难。

如果你是一线的叶子结点，看看这本书也有好处，但是最好不要一次来期待自己的直接或二级上司。毕竟能做到作者哪个程度的人，在全世界也不算多的。要接受周围人的普通，并构建住自己特有的有效的产出网络。
