在日本企业不断爆出造假丑闻的今天，拿起盛田昭夫老先生的这本《日本制造》真是有一种复杂的感受。日本战败后的一段时间，从美国的视角，“日本制造”就是粗制滥造的代名词。是经过了一两代日本企业家和工人的努力，SONY、丰田这样的企业才让日本制造成为优质产品的和成功企业的象征。

企业家是稀有的。每一位企业家的经历都是顺应历史的车轮并发挥了最大的努力，其成功或许并不能直接复制，但是在这段人生中的需要选择和毅力都值得被学习。书中盛田昭夫（如果其他许多优秀的企业家一样）并没有神化自己，反而将自己的当年的以自我为中心、莽撞挑战规则、以及企业运作中的各种挫败和错误都能够展示出来。这些走过的弯路的文字在我看来是更有价值的，它们更加能够共情和鼓舞到正在创业、尚未成功因而似乎一直在走弯路的我们。
